The Post-Covid World means that a broker's work load is even bigger than it was before (and that was pretty big!). The pre-sales system is good because you can fill in a couple of details in the ‘DIP’ and it automatically sends out pre-sales enquiries to everyone, with all responses coming back into the mail box.
